1. Are there any requirements for the truck before the wash?

2. How can I contact you?
You can contact us via phone, email, or by sending us a message on our Facebook page. We respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible.
3. How long does a wash take?
The time it takes for a wash can vary depending on several factors, which is why it's difficult to provide an exact time estimate. It depends, among other things, on how dirty your truck is, the type of wash you choose, and whether any complications arise during the process. We always prioritize the quality of the wash, and while we strive to be quick and efficient, certain situations may require a bit more time to ensure the best result.
For example, trucks that are particularly dirty or have hard-to-reach areas may take longer to clean. There may also be delays if we encounter challenges that require special attention. Our goal is always to deliver a thorough and professional wash that we can be proud of. We do our best to keep the wash quick, while ensuring that quality is never compromised.
4. Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, we accept payment by credit card. We also offer other payment methods, so you can choose the one that works best for you. However, please note that we only accept credit cards and other cards through our webshop. In our physical locations, we only accept payment by cash or MobilePay.
5. Can I make a reservation for a wash?
We do not offer online reservations, as we want to make it as easy as possible for all our customers to stop by when it suits them. Our goal is to provide flexibility, so you don't have to worry about finding the exact time that works for you.
Since we cannot predict wait times, making reservations could also lead to misunderstandings or longer waits if times overlap with other customers. Therefore, it's best to visit our wash facility when it fits into your schedule.
We always have space to assist you, and our staff is ready to serve you as quickly as possible. If you're uncertain about busy times or wait times, feel free to contact us to get an idea of the best time to come by.
